ABComputers

I dropped my MacBook and cracked my screen which made it unusable. The fall left the frame of the laptop warped and dented. I called around a few shops to get estimates and received very, very expensive quotes to get my computer working again. My laptop is really important because I use it for all my schooling. I called ABComputers and spoke to Carlos. It didn’t take long after speaking with him that I knew he was the perfect person for the job. His prices were super reasonable too. He ended up fixing my screen even faster than he told me it would take because he knew I needed it for school. He was professional and honest about the entire service he performed. He also fixed the sensors (when closing my laptop to make it sleep) free of charge! I highly recommend Carlos and ABComputers for any computer repairs or phone repairs. I don’t intend on dropping my things in the future, BUT if I do, ABComputers is the first and only call I’m going to make. Sharing a picture of my beautiful laptop after its repair.

Even if the other 5-star reviews have already mentioned it plentifully, I'll say it again: You really don't need to go any further than this place for anything you need repaired. I had take some equipment to two other repair facilities before this, and ABComputers was the only place that opened up my electronics on the spot and even went as far as repairing the unit on the same day. Sadly, such a statement wouldn't be met with disagreement if I were to say professionalism and worksmanship of this caliber are a hard find these days, which is why I'd only recommend ABComputers to anyone who still values that kind of integrity. Many thanks to this place again.

I just had a fantastic experience at ABComputers in downtown Santa Ana. My laptop started making disturbing noises when I opened it starting two weeks ago. I tried to ignore this sound but it seemed like I could be causing damage. Moreover initially I did not know who to call for help as I typically think of computer repair as focusing on technology and not the laptop case. With a little research I discovered that ABComputers does look at cases and moreover does immediate assessments and the website promised rapid repair. I called late afternoon and was encouraged to come by for an assessment. I was on site for a total of 15 minutes (max) and had a complete diagnosis of the problem along with a perfect repair. All for a super reasonable price. I cannot recommend ABComputers enough especially if your problem is more on the hardware side. If I could I would give ABComputers six stars out of five ******.

Came here because I was struggling with a computer problem for 4 hours. Called carlos, Came in 5 min and he fixed the issue. Wanted to pay but he said it was not a big deal. This guy really wants to help you and not sell anything. I definitely recommend him. Thanks carlos!
